Both heating zones have independent temperature control by Eurotherm controllers and both zones are double-skinned and fully-insulated.
Sheets are conveyed through the oven on stainless steel wire belt conveyors.
Cooling zone
Section 1: With 2 x 1.5 kW blowers
and connection to exhaust ducting.
(NB: Some exhaust ducting is available which
may or may not be suitable for a new location).
Section 2: Exit conveyor with overhead canopy incorporating 1.5 kW down draught fan.
It is our understanding that the oven has been fitted with new temperature control equipment within the last two years.
